Mrs. Luke

Well today was my first day of school...actually it was just a teacher prep day so that doesn't really count, the students come on the 4th. It went pretty well considering I was the only one dressed up. People were probably like "oh she must have gone school shopping and wants to wear all of her new threads."

I have to be careful about what I post you know now that the whole world can read our blog. I really like my mentor teachers (I have two) and I think it's going to be a fun semester. I'll be teaching 4 classes that are primarily freshman. I think it'll be great! I REALLY need to get in the habit of waking up again. I'm an avid 8 hour sleeper and I only got 6 last night. I know I know you mothers are probably thinking that 6 is a real treat. Anyway today was a killer for me getting up at 4:45, David and I are getting old and are shooting to be in bed by 9:00-9:30. Well enough rambling. Happy Tuesday!

Good luck...break a leg!! I hope you dont get confused for a high schooler too much :). Sorry you have to get up so early...no fun. I am not a morning person so that is not appealing, but you can do it!!!!!!

I agree with Kat, Mrs. Luke sounds really weird. But I'm so excited for you. Good luck, tell us all about your first real day.

What you said about being careful with what you post...I've actually heard several stories about employers and the like looking at people's myspace pages or googling their name to find out what they are really like. Good thing my name is Michelle Williams--there's got to be about a thousand of us out there :)
