oh ye of little knowledge

The other morning I woke up and told David how exciting it will be to not have to get up 2-3 times a night to go to the bathroom. We just looked at each other and realized that maybe the 2 minute bathroom trip might be easier than the bazillion wake-up calls we'll be experiencing soon! A girl can dream right?

So true, my dear...so true. I remember thinking, "it'll be so nice not to be pregnant because I won't be so tired anymore..." Little did I know... It's a shock, but it's worth it, I promise! :)

It's true, but somehow a new baby is a pretty good trade for a 9 month pregnant body.

Very true, you will be tired, but it's amazing to start to get your body back...and feel like you're tackling it with all you have.

Jodee, I don't know if someone has recommended to you guys to read "on becoming babywise" but we did and those interuptions stopped after 5 weeks. Sam slept through the entire night at 5 weeks old. The only time she hasn't since then is when she is sick or teething. It sure spoils you. Good luck and I love reading your updates:)

Even when completely exhausted I would never trade snuggling with a newborn for those pregnancy bathroom trips. You're going to be such a wonderful Mom!

Haha, I always said that same thing! But then once I had the baby I realized it was nature's way of getting me "ready" for what was to come. I agree with Stacie, if you haven't already, go get "Babywise"...it is a great book and will save your life!

I loved getting my body back, I agree with Kat, a baby who wakes up constantly is a good trade off for not having so many trips to the bathroom! :)
